Please assume you are part of the Customer Support Team at Cloudflare and have received the below Test Questions from customers. Respond as if you would be responding directly to the customer. Answer these questions on separate individual pages of your Pages site. The pages should be clearly accessible from the index page.

You could consider using a nav bar or links from the index page. Again, the functionality of being able to access the pages is more important than the design or aesthetics.

Instructions for each question:

1. Assume you have access to the customer’s DNS and Cloudflare settings

2. Type your response as if you are responding directly to the customer

3. Include your thought process behind each response

4. List any tools you would use and why
